On 2026-08-03, we were pleased to welcome two new apprentices to MACEAS. We are very happy to welcome Leona (18) from Surwold and Justus (16) from Barßel to our team.
Leona is completing her apprenticeship as a Management Assistant for Office Management at MACEAS. In the process, she will get to know the various commercial areas of our company and gain comprehensive insights into the processes of a modern mechanical engineering company.
Justus is starting his apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering. In this technically demanding training occupation, he will, among other things, get to know the electrical components and systems of our machines and plants and gain practical experience in assembly, wiring, commissioning, and maintenance.
Apprenticeship is the future
As a medium-sized company, the training of young people is particularly important to us. Qualified and committed junior staff are an essential part of our future.
Therefore, we would like to not only provide our apprentices with sound specialist knowledge but also give them the opportunity to gain practical experience at an early stage, take on responsibility, and develop personally.
We wish Leona and Justus a successful start, much joy in their apprenticeship, and an exciting and instructive time at MACEAS!
It is great to have you here – a warm welcome to the team!
