SNE Sterling Holding GmbH is the new and sole shareholder of MACEAS GmbH

This makes MACEAS part of the internationally operating Group Sterling, which includes companies such as SAT Anlagentechnik GmbH (Germany), NKE Automation S.r.l. (Italy), and additional locations in the USA, Brazil, and China.
