Mechanical Assembly
For the mechanical assembly of your assembly or machine, we have two modern and spacious assembly halls with appropriate overhead crane systems, as well as a motivated team.
Services in the area of mechanical assembly:
- Assembly of modules and machines according to drawings and bills of materials
- Pneumatic installation according to plans and guidelines
- Water or oil hydraulic installation according to plans and guidelines
- Access to 3D models (if available) via our CAD system directly by our fitters
- Assembly and commissioning on site in Germany and abroad

Electrical Engineering Assembly
Electrical engineering assembly is integrated centrally between the assembly halls. The dedicated team has the necessary know-how and capacities for control cabinet construction as well as the complete assembly and wiring of your assembly or machine.
Services in the area of electrical engineering:
- Control cabinet construction and testing to VDE standard
- Machine installation / project wiring according to plans and standards
- Assembly, wiring and inspection of assemblies according to specifications
- Cable assembly to customer specifications

Quality Control
Increasingly, additional quality assurance measures are being required as part of standard quality control. Depending on customer requirements, we create suitable measurement or test reports for every need.
Our quality assurance is an independent department and is not subordinate to production. This ensures your required quality and, on request, we document it in measurement logs or test reports.
