In accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG), we have established an internal reporting office with a case manager to protect whistleblowers. According to the objectives of EU and federal legislators, internal reporting offices should be contacted by whistleblowers as a priority.
To create maximum trust in the internal reporting office, we have assigned its operation to external specialist advisors. As data protection officers, they are also considered by legislators to be particularly suitable for this purpose, as they are generally bound to confidentiality.
Together for more transparency and security
Dear employee,
Do you want to report something that has happened in your company and should not
have happened?
If you cannot find a contact person among your supervisors or management whom you
would like to confide in, please
submit your concern online.
How do I report?
Via the website 24/7:
https://wma.hubit-meldestelle.de
The report can also be submitted anonymously.
You will receive feedback on the status of the matter – even anonymously
(in that case, access credentials will be provided)
What can I report?
Please only submit reports that you are certain are true and could constitute a criminal offense. If you are not sure whether your observations are accurate, mark your report as a suspicion or a statement from third parties.
