Helium leak testing

Fuel Rails

Detect leaks from fuel rails using helium in a vacuum chamber

The helium leak test as a dry method is ideal for checking fuel rails for leaks. The components are tested at high pressures of > 200 bar and a relatively low permissible leakage rate. An efficient helium recovery system completes the device.
