Hello everyone,
From February 6, 2024, to February 23, 2024, we will be conducting this year’s
performance reviews.
Every employee will receive a personal invitation to the meeting on January 31.
Dietmar, Frank, and the respective department head will participate in the meeting.
The meeting will last approximately 30 minutes.
To prepare, here are some points we would like to discuss together.
- What were you particularly pleased with regarding your own performance over the past year?
- What are your strengths?
- What are your goals and visions for the future over the coming months and years?
- Where can you improve?
- What are you dissatisfied with?
- Where could communication work better, and are you missing any information?
- What do you find positive about the company?
- What can the company improve?
- What has changed positively or negatively within the company based on the last
performance reviews?
The meetings will be kept strictly confidential.
