FAT HeLT BPP DANA-Reinz

A very detailed and intensive FAT was carried out together with DANA-Reinz, including extensive troubleshooting and optimization approaches.

The result is generally positive, but we are not finished yet. Various improvements are currently being integrated into the system with the aim of reliably passing the MSA and meeting Honda’s specifications.

Visit from Witzenmann

Initial meeting. They have various projects that require leak testing. We will be considered for future inquiries and will start with initial test runs of battery cooling elements.

Visit from Group Sterling (SAT / NKE)

Visit by Thomas Horn (CTO Group Sterling), Holger Hollm (Head of Service – SAT), and Nils Augustin (Head of Site Management – SAT/NKE)

Initial meeting and exchange on how we can work together with SAT and NKE in the future and what opportunities we can offer the group.

Issues at Hörnlein / BMW

Hörnlein’s BMW rails have fuel leaks in new vehicles.

It had to be clarified very quickly whether and, if so, why our testing system was not detecting these leaks. Thanks to Thomas Bruns and Stefan Claußen, who flew directly to Hörnlein on Sunday (Nov 9, 2025), we were able to rule out our testing system as a major problem. Frank Worthmann and Thomas Schulte were able to present and explain all processes to Hörnlein and BMW and rule out problems on our side. Problem identification and resolution are still ongoing. A big thank you to everyone involved! We presented ourselves very well and also left a very good impression on BMW.

Visit from EXACOM

Initial meeting and intensive exchange. EXACOM is part of battery cell production and has a very good network.

We would like to benefit from this and are pushing our cooperation. Contract manufacturing for EXACOM could be part of this.

Visit from HATEC

HATEC visited us for leak testing trials for fuel tanks.

Visit to NKE in Italy

Daniel S. was at our new sister company NKE in Italy from Nov 11 to Nov 12, 2025.

NKE builds very exciting automation solutions in the field of filling, but especially in window assembly.

Initial meeting and exchange on how to work together in the future.

An initial inquiry from Stellantis regarding leak testing of battery packs was identified immediately.

Order from fischer Edelstahlrohre

The first prototype and small-series system with 3 testing chambers has been ordered.

Project volume 375,000 euros

Start of layout creation for series production of 8,000,000 parts/year

Staff meeting together with Group Sterling

Thank you for your numerous participation, and we look forward to the future, also within the group!
