In many factories and production plants, various machines and systems perform the work to produce a wide range of components. These machines must be programmed, monitored, and maintained. This is precisely the task of machine and plant operators. They ensure that everything runs smoothly – whether in automotive production, food manufacturing, the printing industry, or similar sectors.

Your training focus would include

Setting up, operating, controlling, and monitoring machines and systems
Preparation and coordination of work processes
Selecting and applying manual and machine manufacturing techniques
Selecting materials and processing them according to technical documents
Using control and regulation systems
Maintaining machines and systems, and troubleshooting
Independent implementation of quality assurance measures

MACEAS GmbH has been developing and manufacturing automated leak testing systems and special-purpose machines for many years for customers in the automotive industry, battery technology, hydrogen technology, industry, and other future markets. One of our core competencies is ultrasonic gas bubble detection in water baths for non-destructive leak testing of parts and components.
