In the course of this restructuring, the employees of Worthmann Maschinenbau GmbH have also joined MACEAS GmbH. <\/p><p>At the same time, the ownership structure of MACEAS GmbH has changed: The new sole shareholder is SNE Sterling Holding GmbH. With this step, MACEAS becomes part of the internationally operating Group Sterling, which includes companies such as SAT Anlagentechnik GmbH (Germany), NKE Automation S.r.l.
